This basement was formerly a cold and damp space. The space now has radiant heat under the floor and includes a full bath, wine cellar, fireplace, and service kitchen.

Reclaimed barn beams were used to define the fireplace space, and for the mantle.

The door and steps were both made from reclaimed oak and wormy chestnut, giving the client a beautiful entrance to their wine cellar.

Dave and his crew were always friendly, courteous, on time, and cleaned up when they were done for the day. They took care to do each project in such a way as to limit the inconvenience to our family. We highly recommend Dave's Home Improvements to all who ask. The work was done in a timely, efficient manner with very little inconvenience to our family.
